Our Story
Cordova was founded in 2016 by Gabe Romero with a simple philosophy: treat candidates like professionals, treat clients like partners, and invest relentlessly in technology that makes both relationships better. By 2017, the team had grown with its first employee, and momentum was building.
In 2020, Cordova launched CNS — expanding into contract nearshore software development and creating a diversified model that serves the full spectrum of client technology needs. In 2024, Vince Vigneri joined as Chief Development Officer, bringing the strategic vision to scale Cordova's proven model nationwide.
In 2025, Cordova officially launched its franchise program. Today, Cordova franchisees operate across the United States, supported by a headquarters team dedicated to their success. Every system, process, and technology platform we build is designed with one goal: helping our franchise owners build profitable, sustainable businesses.
